From the previous BBC Interview we did covering the Global Sound Movement, we were again asked to do another feature on BBC regarding what the Global Sound Movement are trying to achieve - this time with Mark Radcliffe a professional drummer and now radio broadcaster!
This for me was rather nerve racking as for the first real time - someone who was a professional drummer was going to play on the VR Drum we have been creating! This was exciting to get the feedback - and how we could use this to take our project to the next level in terms of authenticity.
Mark Radcliffe was first of a super nice guy to be around, to talk to and to talk about the project that we are embarking on. He seemed genuinely interested in what we are doing and was extremely motivated to get in the VR Drum experience.
Below is the final piece that aired on BBC North West, despite spending a whole afternoon with Mark, only a small slice of what we looked at within the VR Drum was featured - but it just goes to show all the other work Global Sound Movement are doing around the world, and that the VR experience is just there as another way to help spread their message!
